Pump Wave

For an ECG or EKG, how to explain the shortening of the P wave, QT interval after activity or exercise against the rest?
I'm doing a lab at A & P, and you can not explain why mechanical changes such as increased contractility (or the force of contraction exhibited by cells heart) will shorten the distance between the deformation waves on an electrocardiogram. I thought I understood, but now I find that when I'm trying to explain, I can not. Be contractility increase comes from more catecholamines such as epinephrine or norepinephrine, but how is the increased contractility by exercise? Why Which is more blood pumped out? I understand why the QRS complex is not affected, but how can I explain the mechanical changes?
In exercise your body needs to get blood to the muscles faster to keep up with the demand for oxygen. To get this adrenaline is released from adrenal glands and bind to receptors on the heart that tell muscles to increase the contractility and contraction rate. This becomes more blood to the muscles faster. The P wave corresponds to atrial depolarixation (electrical signals transmitted through them to contract) The QRS complex concerns ventricular depolarization and repolarization handset The T wave refers to the repolarization of the ventricles (repolarization that cells return to a power excited state of normal) heart rate increases. This means that the number of beats per minute increase. If this is true the interval between each wave pattern PQRST should be shortened to match more bombs per minute. The interval between each cycle PQRST person does not change because that is the amount of time for a contraction of the heart. Is that you need to know?
